Adorable costume. Baby was 2 mos old on Halloween, and my concern was that it was indicated up to 9 mos of age. It is a bunting sack. It says hand wash only, and suggest you follow that. I washed before wear, but was not quite dry before we had to go out, so I put it in the dryer for 20 min (the collar takes forever to dry, has some stiffer material, perhaps cardboard?) I figured it would shrink, but since my baby is only about 10 lbs, did not make a difference. We did not put the hat in the dryer and that was still big. Would still have looked good if it did not shrink (don't think if would've been too big) Got a lot of great feedback when we were trick or treating (big brother was Luke and sister was Leia.) Overall very pleased, now plan to stuff it and give it to the kids as a pillow!you can get them cheapest at Amazon through this link here.
